How we got started

PI Consulting was founded by Karen S. Friedenberg in 2008. Ms. Friedenberg brings a unique perspective working both at a large Management Consultancy and within industry. Karen formerly worked for Campbell Soup Company where she was Sr. Manager within their Global Supply Chain Strategy Group. She not only developed the Strategy but managed key strategic projects. Prior to Campbell Karen was a Management Consultant with Andersen Business Consulting where she managed a variety of projects from Process Reengineering, Strategic Information Systems Plans, Software Selection and Implementation. 

What we do
PI Consulting has experience in various functions including Supply Chain and Logistics, Order Management, Finance and Accounting back office (including Accounts Receivable, Billing and Collections) as well as various industries including Retail, Consumer Products, Manufacturing, Wholesalers and Medical Offices to name a few.

We successfully apply our performance improvement method across a wide range of industries. We have shown that there is much crossover between industries and best practices can be shared.
